(APSA) is Argentina's leading shopping centre operator, owning and managing premium malls in Buenos Aires and other major cities, including the Alto Palermo and Abasto shopping centres. APSA is a subsidiary of IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones and generates revenues from rental income, parking, and ancillary services to retail tenants. It is one of the benchmark real estate stocks on BYMA.
