Conoil Plc is a Nigerian integrated petroleum marketing company selling petroleum products (petrol, diesel, kerosene, aviation fuel) through a retail station network and distributing lubricants, including the Conoil brand. The company is majority-owned by the Otedola-linked Conoil group and has been listed on the Nigerian Exchange for decades. It also has upstream oil and gas interests in joint ventures with the Nigerian National Petroleum Company.
