Grupo Televisa is a major Mexican media and telecommunications company that contributed its content and television assets into TelevisaUnivision (in which it holds approximately a 44% stake), while retaining its cable and telecommunications operations through Izzi Telecom in Mexico. Izzi provides pay television, broadband, and telephony services nationwide. The company also retains sports and live events assets including Estadio Azteca.
