PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk is Indonesia's largest technology company by revenue, formed by the 2021 merger of ride-hailing super-app Gojek and e-commerce marketplace Tokopedia. The combined platform offers ride-hailing, food delivery, grocery, digital payments (GoPay), logistics, and marketplace services to hundreds of millions of users across Southeast Asia. GoTo listed on the IDX in April 2022 in the largest Indonesian IPO to that date.
