Tanzania Breweries Limited (TBL) is Tanzania's leading brewer and one of the largest consumer goods companies, producing beer, non-alcoholic malt beverages, and alcoholic fruit beverages. It is majority-owned by AB InBev (via SABMiller legacy), one of the world's largest brewing groups. TBL has been listed on the DSE since 1998 and is a bellwether consumer-goods stock on the exchange.
