Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD is the sole licensed stock exchange operator in Bulgaria, founded in 1991 and majority-owned by the Bulgarian state. The exchange operates the regulated market, the BEAM SME growth market, and since 2024 the EuroBridge dual-listing segment in cooperation with Deutsche Börse. It also provides market data, index calculation, and post-trade services.
