NIS a.d. Novi Sad is Serbia's dominant integrated oil and gas company, engaged in exploration, production, refining, and retail distribution of petroleum products. It operates Serbia's sole oil refinery in Pančevo and an extensive petrol station network across the region. The company is majority-owned by Gazprom Neft, with the Serbian state holding a significant minority stake.
