Adris Grupa is a diversified Croatian holding company with core interests in insurance (via Croatia osiguranje), tourism (Maistra hotel group), and health food. Originally a tobacco company, it divested its TDR tobacco unit to British American Tobacco in 2015 and redeployed capital into hospitality and insurance. The group is headquartered in Rovinj and has a history dating to 1872.
