ER Group Limited (formerly NewENLRogers Limited) was created in July 2025 through the strategic merger of ENL Limited and Rogers and Co. Limited, two of Mauritius's oldest conglomerates. The group operates across property development, logistics, aviation, hospitality, and agribusiness. It is one of the largest employers in Mauritius by headcount.
