IDLC Finance is Bangladesh's largest non-bank financial institution (NBFI) by assets, providing lease finance, term loans, home loans, SME finance, and capital market services. It is a constituent of the DSE large-cap index and is considered one of the better-managed NBFIs in the country. The company was established in 1985 as a joint venture involving IFC and other international shareholders.
