ISA is a Colombian state-controlled multi-Latin company that builds, operates, and maintains high-voltage electricity transmission systems, toll roads, and telecommunications infrastructure across Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, and Central America. Ecopetrol holds a majority stake following a 2021 acquisition from the Colombian government. The company also operates through subsidiaries in the ICT sector.
