CSAV is a Chilean shipping holding company whose primary asset is a major stake in Hapag-Lloyd AG, one of the world's largest container shipping lines. Following a capital injection and share exchange in 2014, CSAV transformed from an operating carrier into a strategic investment vehicle in the global container shipping sector. It is controlled by the Luksic family through Quiñenco.
