Falabella is the largest retail group in South America, operating department stores, home improvement stores (Sodimac), supermarkets (Tottus), and a financial services arm (CMR Falabella) across Chile, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, and other markets. The company also develops and operates shopping centres through its Plaza affiliate. It is controlled by the Solari and del Río families.
