Orlen is Poland's largest company and Central Europe's biggest energy group, formed through the mergers of PKN Orlen with Lotos, PGNiG, and Energa completed between 2020 and 2022. It operates oil refining, petrochemicals, natural gas distribution, retail fuel stations, and renewable energy across more than a dozen countries. The Polish State Treasury holds a controlling interest.
