Petkim is Turkey's sole integrated petrochemical company, producing olefins, aromatics, and a wide range of intermediate and finished petrochemical products at its Aliaga complex near Izmir. The company is majority-owned by SOCAR Turkey, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan's state oil company SOCAR. Petkim supplies raw materials to Turkey's plastics, textiles, and chemical industries.
