GELEX Group is a Vietnamese industrial conglomerate formed from the privatization of Vietnam Electrical Equipment Corporation, with diversified operations in electrical cables, transformers, electric motors, water supply infrastructure, and real estate. The company controls Viglacera (ceramic tiles and glass), CADIVI (electrical cables), and THIBIDI (transformers) as key subsidiaries. GELEX has grown through acquisitions of state-owned enterprises.
