Filinvest Land, Inc. is the publicly listed real estate subsidiary of the Filinvest Group (Gotianun family), engaged in the development of affordable to mid-market residential housing, townships (Filinvest City in Alabang), commercial centers, and offices. The company has a large land bank across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao and has been a developer of master-planned communities such as Futura by Filinvest. Filinvest also has a REIT subsidiary, Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT), listed separately on the PSE.
