Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is a full-service universal bank in the Philippines offering retail, corporate, and investment banking services, as well as insurance, leasing, and thrift banking through its subsidiaries. RCBC gained international notoriety in 2016 as the bank through which funds from the Bangladesh Bank heist were briefly laundered, which led to significant governance overhauls. The bank is majority-owned by the Yuchengco Group.
