AREIT, Inc. is the first real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange, established by Ayala Land in 2020. Its portfolio consists of office and commercial properties across Metro Manila and other key Philippine cities, generating rental income distributed as dividends to unitholders. AREIT has continued to expand its asset base through acquisitions from its sponsor, Ayala Land.
