CelcomDigi Berhad was formed in 2023 through the merger of Celcom Axiata and Digi.Com, creating Malaysia's largest mobile telecommunications operator by subscriber base. The company offers mobile, fixed broadband and enterprise digital services across Malaysia. CelcomDigi is in the midst of a complex network integration exercise to consolidate the mobile infrastructure of the two legacy operators.
