Growthpoint Properties is South Africa's largest JSE-listed real estate investment trust (REIT), owning and managing a diversified portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties across South Africa and internationally through Growthpoint Properties Australia. The group also co-owns the V and A Waterfront in Cape Town, one of South Africa's most visited mixed-use properties. Growthpoint is a constituent of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index.
