Harmony Gold is South Africa's largest domestic gold producer, with a portfolio of underground and surface mines primarily in the Witwatersrand Basin and the Free State goldfields. The company also operates the Hidden Valley mine in Papua New Guinea and is developing the Eva Copper project in Queensland, Australia. Harmony has a dual listing on the JSE and NYSE (ticker HMY) and has been growing production as gold prices strengthened.
