Emaar Development is a majority-owned subsidiary of Emaar Properties focused on developing and selling residential and commercial build-to-sell properties within the UAE. The company manages one of Dubai's most active residential development pipelines across Dubai Hills Estate, Downtown Dubai, Creek Harbour, and Arabian Ranches. It was separately listed on the DFM in 2017.
