POSCO Holdings is the holding company of the POSCO Group, whose operating subsidiary is the world's fifth-largest steel producer, along with businesses in green materials (lithium, nickel), energy, and construction. The company restructured in 2022 as a pure holding entity with POSCO (steel), POSCO International (trading/energy), and POSCO Future M (battery materials) as key subsidiaries. POSCO has supplied steel to automotive, shipbuilding, and construction industries globally for over 50 years.
