Nanya Technology is one of Taiwan's major DRAM manufacturers, producing dynamic random-access memory chips used in computers, servers, and consumer electronics. The company is affiliated with the Formosa Plastics Group and maintains integrated DRAM production operations from wafer fabrication through module assembly. Nanya has been transitioning to more advanced DRAM process nodes to remain competitive with South Korean rivals Samsung and SK Hynix.
