DLF Limited is India's largest publicly listed real estate developer by market capitalisation, with a diversified portfolio of residential, commercial, and retail developments across Delhi NCR and other major Indian cities. The company is controlled by the K.P. Singh family and has a separate listed entity, DLF Cyber City Developers, for its commercial leasing assets. DLF has been a major developer of premium residential projects and Grade A office space.
