Adani Enterprises is the incubator and flagship of the Adani Group, housing nascent businesses including green hydrogen (Adani New Industries), airports, road projects, data centres, and defence and aerospace manufacturing. It also retains legacy businesses in coal trading, agri logistics, and resource management. Businesses that mature are typically spun off into separately listed entities within the Adani Group.
