Infosys is India's second-largest IT services company, providing consulting, technology, outsourcing, and digital services to clients across financial services, manufacturing, retail, and utilities globally. Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Bengaluru, it was one of the first Indian software companies to list on a US exchange. Infosys transferred its American Depositary Shares from NASDAQ to NYSE.
